1. The school year starts from September 1 and ends on June 30 and the lessons from September 10 to June 20.
2. By paying the registration, the students should also obtain the Study Booklet.
3. Old students of the School, regardless of when they register, pay tuition from the beginning of the school year, new students from the month of their registration.
4. Enrolled students from special courses, Music Schools and Conservatories are examined from October 15 to 30 and are ranked in the corresponding class.
5. In the special courses, the teaching also takes place in the compulsory groups.
6. The duration of the lessons per week is: In the special ones from two 20 minutes (or more depending on the class and the performance of the student) and in the compulsory ones one school hour for each lesson.
7. Students must not be late for their lessons, absences will not be made up.
8. TUITION AND CASH OBLIGATIONS ARE 10 MONTHS.
Tuition is paid in advance on the 1st fortnight at the latest, or every quarter by agreement.

9. If a student interrupts his lessons for any reason for a month or more and then continues, he must pay tuition for the months he interrupted.
10. A student who wants to permanently interrupt his studies must notify the Directorate 5 days before and pay tuition fees until the month of his interruption.
11. Students have an obligation to take part in all exams (qualifying, annual, promotion, graduation) as well as in School events (choirs, concerts, etc.).
12. Students in the month of May also pay the tuition fees for June, as well as the examination fees.
13. Students for the exams must submit their study booklets one month before.
14. Student performance is graded by:
Excellent: 10-9.5 Very good: 9-8 Good: 7.5-7.
15. Parents and guardians must be informed by the Management and the Teachers about the diligence and progress of the students every month.
16. The entry and stay of foreigners in the classrooms during the delivery of lessons is only allowed with the permission of the Directorate.
17. School holidays are the same as those that apply to Public Schools or others designated by the Ministry of Culture.
